Welcome to the K-Line Irrigation North America website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) in addition to our Privacy Policy and any other specific agreements referenced herein.

1. Use of Site

The Site is intended for informational purposes only. It provides product details, dealer locations, and general irrigation guidance.
K-Line Irrigation North America (“K-Line NA”) does not sell products directly to end-users. All sales and services are handled by independent dealers, who may be brick-and-mortar suppliers or online retailers.
Use of this Site, including submitting information via lead forms, constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2. Dealer Locator & Lead Forms

The dealer locator is provided to help users find approved dealers near them. Although we do our best to keep dealer pages and information current, K-Line NA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of dealer information.
Lead forms, whether native or third-party, are used to connect end-users with approved dealers and to allow K-Line NA to generate preliminary irrigation estimates or design guidance on behalf of the dealer. Submission of information does not create a contract or binding obligation with K-Line NA.

3. Independent Dealers & Limitation of Liability

All sales, installations, and services are provided by independent dealers, not K-Line NA. Dealers operate as independent entities and are not agents or employees of K-Line NA.
K-Line NA provides instructional materials and guidance to end-users to assist with installations; however, K-Line NA is not responsible for any damages, errors, or issues arising from self-installation by end-users.
K-Line NA is not responsible for dealer actions, pricing, installation quality, warranties, or customer disputes.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be handled directly with the dealer from whom the product was purchased.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, digital brochures, guides, spreadsheets, and video content on YouTube and social media channels—is owned by K-Line NA or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any digital assets without written permission.

5. Marketing & Communications

By submitting information through lead forms, other Site interactions, or email, users consent to receive communications from K-Line NA or authorized dealers, including email and SMS messages.
Users may opt out at any time according to the instructions provided in each communication. See our separate SMS Terms of Service for additional details.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

K-Line NA provides information, tools, and guidance “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Irrigation results, water savings, or product performance are not guaranteed and depend on conditions outside K-Line NA’s control, including soil type, terrain, climate, weather, water availability, and user management.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Line NA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, reliance on information, or interaction with independent dealers.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with venue in St. Joseph, Michigan.

8. Changes to Terms

K-Line NA reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
